  My name is Tabatha Britt, and I have been in the Coastal Carolinas for approximately 20 years. Despite my Georgia origin, I have become a true Carolina girl, and share a passion for the beach life that will never fade! I graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. My resume includes graduate studies in Marine Science and careers as a Middle School science teacher, Certified Personal Trainer, Real Estate assistant, and currently as a successful licensed Realtor® and owner of Real Estate By the Sea.   Melody Page grew up in Eastern North Carolina and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from NC Wesleyan College. Several years ago, she and Barry, her husband of 32 years, fulfilled a lifelong dream of making the Grand Strand their home. Having followed the local real estate market for many years, it was a natural fit for Melody to pursue a career in this field. Since then, she has quickly risen to the ranks of a top producer within her MLS and is co-owner and broker in charge of Real Estate By The Sea. She is respected by her peers and known for her warm, caring personality. Melody is the mother to three accomplished daughters and the grandmother to four little angels. In her spare time, you might find her golfing with her husband, spending time with her grandchildren, or playing on the beach with her yellow lab, Gunner.
